What is Clarion?
A clearer view of how a conversation unfolds.
Clarion is CivilTalk’s AI conversational intelligence bot. With participant consent, it joins a meeting, observes how people communicate, and creates a report that helps them reflect on what was said and how the conversation developed.
Clarion makes its status visible
Before recording begins, Clarion shares a consent form in the meeting chat. Each participant reviews and submits their own form. Clarion stays in Waiting until every participant has given consent. It does not record or transcribe while consent is pending.
Waiting
Consent is still pending. Recording has not started.
Recording
Consent is in place and recording is active. The host can pause or stop.
Paused
Transcription is paused until the host resumes.
What does Clarion do?
After the conversation, Clarion organizes what was said and how the exchange unfolded into a report. It can highlight participants’ viewpoints, commitments, areas of agreement, and observable communication patterns.
- Works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Waits for each participant’s consent before recording begins.
- Hosts can pause, stop, or erase a recording from the Clarion app.
