Bring conversational intelligence into your meetings
Clarion CI joins your meetings, observes how the conversation unfolds, and turns conversational signals into practical insights that can help you communicate with greater awareness and clarity.
Clarion is a neutral observer
Clarion is designed to make conversational dynamics more visible. It does not decide who is right, judge participants, assess personality traits, or determine outcomes. The people in the conversation remain responsible for the discussion and the decisions that follow.
Civility Analysis
Highlights observable language and interaction patterns associated with emotional intelligence and civility.
Position Detection
Identifies and organizes statements that reflect each participant's expressed viewpoints.
Consensus Building
Surfaces areas of agreement and shared understanding that emerge during the conversation.
Using Clarion
What does Clarion do during a meeting?
Clarion joins the meeting as an AI conversational intelligence agent and analyzes how the conversation unfolds.
It organizes conversational signals and interaction patterns so the participants can review insights after the discussion and better understand what happened between them.
Which meeting platforms can I use with Clarion?
CivilTalk currently lists support for meetings held through:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
How long can a Clarion recording be?
Each Clarion recording is currently limited to 90 minutes.
If your meeting continues beyond 90 minutes, you can launch a new Clarion recording and continue receiving insights and reporting.
Is there a limit on the number of meetings I can use Clarion with?
There is no set limit on the number of meetings. Your available meeting-minute balance determines how much Clarion observation time you can use.
Clarion displays your remaining minutes so you can keep track of your available observation time.
What should I use Clarion for?
Clarion can be useful in meetings and conversations where understanding communication patterns, viewpoints, areas of agreement, and moments of friction would help participants reflect and improve.
CivilTalk positions Clarion for organizational meetings and leadership conversations where communication quality can influence relationships, decisions, and outcomes.
Does Clarion decide who is right or wrong?
No. Clarion acts as a neutral observer.
It does not determine who is right, enforce an outcome, or score one participant against another. Its role is to make conversational dynamics more visible so people can reflect and make their own decisions.
Does Clarion analyze personality or mental health?
No. Clarion does not assess personality traits, mental health status, or a participant's internal emotional condition.
Its analysis focuses on observable conversational content, language, viewpoints, interaction tone, and communication patterns.
What is Position Detection?
Position Detection identifies and organizes statements that reflect the viewpoints participants express during a conversation.
This can make it easier to understand what each participant is actually saying and where positions align or differ.
What does Consensus Building do?
Consensus Building surfaces areas where participants express agreement or shared understanding.
Making those areas visible can help distinguish genuine disagreement from issues where participants may already have more common ground than they realized.
What happens after the meeting ends?
After the conversation, Clarion generates reporting designed to help participants reflect on conversational patterns and interaction dynamics.
The reports can highlight language patterns, civility and interaction tone, participant viewpoints, areas of agreement, and other communication patterns that may be useful for reflection.
How can I get the most value from Clarion?
Use Clarion as a reflection tool rather than as a scorecard. After a meeting, focus on the conversational patterns that seem most relevant to your goals.
Consider questions such as:
- Where did participants clearly understand one another?
- Where did viewpoints differ?
- Where did the conversation become less productive?
- What language helped move the discussion forward?
- Where did meaningful agreement emerge?
- What could you approach differently next time?
