Conversation minute questions
How many free conversation minutes do I receive?
CivilTalk accounts currently include 60 free Clarion conversation minutes.
You can use those minutes to experience Clarion with your own meetings and conversations before purchasing additional time.
How much do additional Clarion conversation minutes cost?
CivilTalk's current standard pricing is $100 for 300 additional conversation minutes.
Because Clarion uses a pay-as-you-go model, you can purchase additional minutes when you need them instead of paying for unused time every month.
Do I need a subscription to buy conversation minutes?
No. You do not need a recurring subscription to purchase and use Clarion conversation minutes.
After using your available minutes, you can purchase another block of conversation time whenever you are ready.
What happens when my free minutes run out?
Your CivilTalk account remains available. You can continue viewing reports available to your account and purchase more conversation minutes when you want Clarion to observe additional meetings.
How do conversation minutes get used?
Clarion conversation minutes correspond to the amount of meeting or conversation time Clarion observes.
For example, a 30-minute Clarion observation uses approximately 30 conversation minutes from your available balance.
How many meetings can I get from 300 conversation minutes?
The number of meetings depends on how long each meeting lasts.
For example, 300 conversation minutes could cover approximately ten 30-minute meetings or five 60-minute meetings.
Is there a limit on how many meetings I can use Clarion with?
There is no set limit on the number of meetings. Your available conversation-minute balance determines how much Clarion observation time you can use.
How long can one Clarion observation be?
Each Clarion recording is currently limited to 90 minutes.
If a conversation continues beyond 90 minutes, you can begin another Clarion observation to continue.
Do shared reports use my conversation minutes?
Viewing a Clarion report that has been shared with you does not require you to purchase conversation minutes.
Your available minutes are used when you have Clarion observe your own meetings and conversations.
How do I check how many conversation minutes I have left?
Clarion displays your available conversation-minute balance in your account so you can see how much observation time remains.
