Understand your Clarion report

Learn how to access your report, understand the insights it contains, and use what you discover to improve future conversations.

Start with the patterns that stand out

A Clarion Conversational Intelligence Report is designed to help you see communication patterns and important moments that may be difficult to notice while you are actively participating in a conversation. You do not need to absorb everything at once. Start with the insights that feel most relevant, surprising, or useful.

Reports & Insights

How do I access my Clarion report?

Sign in to your Clarion account and open the report associated with your conversation. If someone shared a report with you, follow the link in the CivilTalk email you received.

If you cannot find the report, confirm that you are signed in with the same email address that received the report invitation or notification.

What does a Clarion report show me?

A Clarion report is designed to help you understand how a conversation unfolded, including communication patterns, interaction dynamics, and moments that may have influenced the direction or effectiveness of the conversation.

The goal is not simply to summarize what was said, but to help you recognize patterns that can inform future conversations.

How should I read my report for the first time?

Begin with the insights that immediately catch your attention. Look for patterns that confirm something you already noticed, challenge your assumptions, or reveal something you missed during the conversation.

It can be useful to ask:

  • What surprised me?
  • What confirms something I already suspected?
  • Which moments appeared to change the conversation?
  • What would I want to repeat next time?
  • What might I approach differently?
Do I need to act on every insight in my report?

No. A report may contain more information than you need to apply immediately. Focus on the insights that are most relevant to your goals and the conversations you expect to have next.

Even one useful observation can help you approach a future conversation with greater awareness.

How can I use my report to improve future conversations?

Use the report as a reflection tool. Identify one or two communication patterns you would like to reinforce or change, then keep those patterns in mind during your next conversation.

Over time, comparing insights across conversations can help you notice recurring strengths, habits, and opportunities for improvement.

Can I share a Clarion report with someone else?

Clarion may allow reports to be shared with other people depending on the report and your account settings.

When sharing a report, consider whether the recipient should have access to the conversation insights and whether sharing is appropriate for the context of the conversation.

Someone shared a report with me. How do I view it?

Open the CivilTalk email containing the report invitation and follow the provided link. If you do not already have a Clarion account, you may be asked to create one before viewing the report.

Once your account is active, the shared report should be available through Clarion.

Why might a report take time to become available?

Clarion needs time to process the conversation and generate the Conversational Intelligence Report. Processing time can vary depending on the conversation and system activity.

If a report appears to be taking unusually long, check your account again later or contact CivilTalk support.

What should I do if something in my report is unclear?

Start by reviewing the surrounding context and other insights in the report. Conversational patterns are often easier to understand when considered together rather than in isolation.

If you still have questions, schedule a support call and our team can help you understand how to approach the report.
