What is Clarion?
A clearer view of how a conversation unfolds.
Clarion is CivilTalk's AI conversational intelligence service. With participant consent, it joins a meeting, observes how people communicate, and creates a report that helps them reflect on what was said and how the conversation developed.
Getting started
Add Clarion to your next conversation
Clarion can observe a live Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams call, or review a recording you already have.
Pick from your calendar
Turn Clarion on for an upcoming Zoom, Meet, or Teams call and it joins on time.
Paste a meeting URL
Paste the meeting link, add a title and time, and select Schedule Clarion CI.
Upload from your phone
Record an in-person conversation with Voice Memos on your iPhone, then upload the file in Clarion with Choose File.
Upload a stored file
Drag and drop a saved video or audio file from your computer or shared drive.
Uploads accept MP4, MOV, WebM, MP3, WAV, and more, up to 60 minutes. Upload only recordings that everyone in the conversation agreed to.
Consent first. Privacy by design.
Trust starts before a single word is recorded. Clarion shares a consent form in the meeting chat, and each participant reviews and submits their own form. Clarion stays in Waiting until every participant has agreed. Nothing is recorded or transcribed while consent is pending, and its status is always visible to everyone in the room.
Waiting
Consent is still pending. Recording has not started.
Recording
Consent is in place and recording is active. The host can pause or stop.
Paused
Transcription is paused until the host resumes.
The Clarion CI Report
See what every conversation is really telling you
After every conversation, Clarion creates a Clarion CI Report that the meeting leader shares with participants. Each report includes a meeting brief, commitments and deadlines, and the positions, agreements, and disagreements on each topic. Unlike a notetaker, the Clarion Conversation Pulse shows the role each participant played, the contributions they made, and the CI skills they demonstrated during the meeting.
Here is what those insights are worth.
What is genuine alignment worth to your team?
Enter your own team size, meeting load, and decisions to estimate annual value, payback, and meeting hours saved.
Clarion is an observer, not a judge. It doesn't decide who is right, score participants, or assess personality or mental health. People remain responsible for interpreting the report and deciding what to do next.
